Mobile Communications, 5th Year Optional Course for the MEng Telecommunications Engineering Degree at UMH. This course covers all mobile communication basics aspects (mobile radio channel, architecture, multiple access, traffic, interference, traffic and system dimensioning) and presents the GSM, GPRS and UMTS systems.

Broadband Communications Networks, 3rd Year Main Course for the MEng Telecommunications Technologies Engineering Degree at UMH. This course covers broadband communication technologies, networks and protocols employed for information transport and access, including fundamental technologies such as ATM, SDH or xDSL.

Digital Communications, 3rd Year Main Course for the MEng Telecommunications Engineering Degree at UMH. This course covers the main building blocks of digital communication systems: base band and passband modulations, intersymbol interference, modulation's performance under noisy channels, channel coding, multiplexing and multiple access.

 

Postgraduate

Advanced Mobile Communication Systems, course for the Postgraduate/Doctoral Degree on Telecommunications and Industrial Technologies at UMH. This course covers UMTS, HSDPA/HSUPA, LTE and heterogeneous wireless systems, as well as advanced optimization and radio resource management techniques.

Digital Information Processing, course for the Master on Telecommunications Engineering at UMH. This course covers channel coding, equalization and adaptive techniques, advanced classification and regression techniques, and applications and techniques for digital signal processing.

Vodafone-sponsored Master on Mobile Communications and Services organized by the Technical University of Valencia and where Uwicore members teach various courses, such as GPRS and Advanced Radio Resource Management.
